Our Product Line
tara box keder (patented)
Our patented stackable box with a built-in channel to hang textile dunnage or dust covers. No staples, Velcro, or extra hardware needed. Made to any length, width, and height to match your part, line layout, and handling equipment. Increases pack density and protects parts while staying easy to handle and service.

Lineside Kitting Boxes
Custom boxes built around your parts with foam or laminated corrugated inserts for secure, repeatable placement. Available as standard totes with textile inserts for Class A surface protection, or as ESD kitting boxes with rolled edges for electronics.
Partitions and Dividers
Foldable, stackable, or edge-closed depending on the application. Built from corrugated plastic, Triplex, ConPearl, textile, cardboard, foam, Worldcell, and laminated materials. Used to organize parts, improve pack density, and protect components during handling and shipment.
Trays
Built to secure parts in totes, bulk bins, racks, and sleeve packs, around small or large parts depending on the container and handling need. Available in corrugated plastic, Triplex, ConPearl, foam, cardboard, or material combinations. Improves organization, protection, and repeatable part presentation at the point of use.

Foam Inserts
Made from XLPE or PE foam, CNC-cut or die-cut depending on the application. Used inside containers to protect parts and hold position. Ideal when part protection and repeatable placement matter.

Plastic and Foam Rack Inserts
Made from pcorr, Triplex / ConPearl, and XLPE foam. Can be ESD, edge-closed, or Class A protective depending on the application. Supplied with or without the rack to match how you source packaging. Designed to protect parts and make loading and unloading repeatable.
Rack Drawer Dunnage
Made from pcorr, Triplex / ConPearl, and XLPE foam in various densities. Can be ESD, edge-closed, or Class A protective. Drawers can be held into racks with tethers, locking mechanisms, or magnets. Supplied as dunnage only or as a complete rack and drawer system.

Textile Inserts
Ideal for odd-shaped parts or when you need to maximize pack density. Can be collapsible, Class A, or ESD-compliant. Available in a broad range of industry-standard textile materials for various container types. Used when part surfaces must be protected but access at the line still matters.
Engineered Rack Systems
Built in aluminum or steel depending on the application, supplied with the dunnage needed for the part, process, and handling method. Configured for drawer systems, shelves, partitions, foam, or textile solutions. Ideal when the container and internal protection need to be designed together.

In-House Capabilities
Design Through Production
2D and 3D CAD design and development, with 3D in CATIA and 2D in ArtiosCAD. New product development and reverse engineering of existing packaging. Prototyping, small-volume and large-volume manufacturing, contract manufacturing with customer-supplied materials and final assembly support, plus installation of dunnage into racks or containers when needed.
Manufacturing
Slitting of stock plastic and cardboard sheets. Skiving of foam buns up to 8# density. Rapid prototyping on our Kongsberg XL plotter table. Die-cutting and stamping, CNC foam cutting, and T-slot cutting for foam bars. CNC gluing of foam, plastic, and cardboard, plus heat bending, folding, and edge-closing of plastic materials.
Plastic Forming and Edge-Closing
90 degree creasing, thermal hinge bends, and thermal permanent bends. 180 degree fold-over bends for closed folded edges. Edge-closing of Triplex and corrugated plastic materials. Used when a cleaner edge, more durable form, or safer handling is required.
Materials We Stock
Corrugated plastic sheets in multiple thicknesses and colors, including laminated and ESD-compliant options. Triplex, ConPearl, and Titan sheet materials. Worldcell foamed polypropylene in multiple densities and colors. XLPE foam buns in multiple density options. Roll PE foam for cushioning and conversion needs.
